Joey, Evie and I went to Oregon over spring break to visit Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Kersey. Beside the 12 hour drive there and back, we had a really good time. It was
Grandma Kersey's 80th Birthday and we wanted to be there to celebrate that with her. We rented a van and drove down with my Mom, Sister, and Brother. The kids got to sit in the back and were able to watch the portable DVD player we brought! It was a life saver, but my luck never last, we were less than an hour outside of Portland on the way home and the DVD player DIED!!!! Evie was devistated! (as was I because it was then my job to entertain her!) We did a little shopping, as you can see it wiped Evie out!
Everything is so lush and green there! It's a nice break for brown and white Montana. Evie loved picking the flowers and Joey helped David and Grandpa pick up a
round the big trees. He even made a little money doing so...which he quickly spent on a black stuffed dog that he had to have!
Evie really liked Great Grandma and Great Grandpa as we were leaving she kept saying, " I wanna go to Great Grandma's HOUSE!"

It seemed like we ate a lot and shopped a lot! My cousin Donny and his Girl friend Katie came out and we ate Crab for dinner one evening. It's really funny how different families are. When we visit Joe's family in Baltimore, we also always eat crab, but they are two completely different
experiences. Oregon NO OLD BAY and 6 crabs, Maryland NO BUTTER and 3 dozen crabs! It's also really hard to explain the difference to each side! Oh well, one thing is for sure seafood is good no matter how you get it!
These Pictures of Evie are out by my grandparents pond...she was looking for Frogs...and trying really hard to be really quite! But to no avail, she didn't see any.
